AI & Startup Journey
I’ve founded and built multiple technology ventures:
- CICA AI – AI-powered commercial insurance platform using LLMs for policy analysis and underwriting
- Yingo – Mobile app connecting local businesses with consumers through real-time deals
- Intrinzi – Data-driven platform for discovering undervalued stocks using fundamental analysis
- AdOn – Digital advertising marketplace connecting advertisers with publishers
- YourD3 – Personalized dietary supplement recommendations based on health data
Each venture taught me something different about building products, finding market fit, and shipping fast. The thread connecting them all is using technology to solve real problems.
Background
Before diving into AI and startups, I spent 8 years as a transportation consultant at RSG, working on complex systems modeling – large-scale simulations of how millions of people make travel decisions. That work in traffic engineering, discrete choice modeling, and behavioral forecasting built the foundation for my current work in AI. Modeling how humans make decisions turns out to be surprisingly relevant to building agents that make decisions.
I’ve also contributed to research at UConn, the University of Gothenburg, and ETH Zurich, working on choice modeling and transportation systems.
